Dicken and Lansdown

Located on Ann Arbor's south west side, the neighborhoods are within a short five minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor. With homes varying widely from classic 1960's  brick ranch to more recently built contemporary homes either neighborhood offers many options.   

There are many nearby parks and nature areas including Dicken Woods Nature Area where you will find 10 acres of rolling woodlands and wetlands crossed by beautiful hiking trails that are accessible all year long.
